Shipping policy

1. Shipping Coverage

We currently provide delivery within a 5 KM radius from our store located at:

Priti Furnitures, Mission Road, In front of HDFC Bank, 770001 Sundargarh, Odisha, India.

 

2. Delivery Timelines

a. Hardware & Fittings

    • Same Day Delivery for all in-stock hardware and fittings orders placed before 2:00 PM.

    • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered the next working day.

b. Heavy Weight Materials (Furniture, Panels, Boards, etc.)

    • Delivery within 7 to 10 days from the date of order confirmation.

    • Customers will be informed of the expected delivery date at the time of purchase.

 

3. Delivery Charges

  • Free Delivery within 10 KM for orders above ₹5,000.

  • A nominal delivery fee will be charged for orders below this value or for deliveries outside the free coverage zone (if applicable).

 

 

4. Order Confirmation & Tracking

  • All orders will be confirmed via phone or email.

  • Customers will be informed once the order is dispatched and an estimated time of arrival will be shared.
