  • We strive to ensure all product descriptions, prices, and availability details are accurate.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Colors, textures, and finishes may vary slightly due to differences in materials and manufacturing.

 

3. Orders & Payment

  • Orders are confirmed only after full payment or as per agreed terms.

  • We accept cash, UPI, bank transfer, and other payment modes approved by the store.

  • An official invoice will be issued for all purchases.

 

4. Delivery Policy

  • Hardware & Fittings: Same day delivery for in-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM within a 10 KM range.

  • Heavy Weight Materials: Delivered within 7–10 days from order confirmation.

  • Customers will be informed of delivery charges (if applicable) before payment.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

5. Inspection & Acceptance

  • Customers must inspect products upon delivery.

  • Any defects or damages must be reported immediately at the time of delivery.

  • Signing the delivery receipt confirms that the product has been received in good condition.

 

6. Refund & Exchange Policy

  • No Refunds: All sales are final.

  • Exchanges: Only accepted for defective or damaged products reported upon delivery.

  • Products once installed or used cannot be returned or exchanged.
